By submitting the form, you agree to have your card auto charged $65 per student, per month, or otherwise agreed family plan, on the 1st of each month.
You may cancel at any time by emailing matt@riverbendhapkido.com.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation before the 5th date of the month, the charges on the card from the 1st of said month will be refunded and no further charges will occur. Any cancellation after the 5th of the month, the previous charges will not be refunded, and no further charges will occur.

You may sign up again at any time.

Riverbend Hapkido uses Square as our payment processor. Charges on your card will come from our Square Payment Processor.
